Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients in the accountancy practice sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position
  • Knowledge of the accountancy market would be advantageous but not essential
  • Passionate about exceeded targets and reaching goals
  • Commercial, innovative and ambitious
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Customer centric, and able to deliver excellent customer service

  • £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (OTE £100,000+)
