Job Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults by providing expert guidance and support in fitness and exercise. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment that encourages social interaction and physical activity.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized fitness plans.
  • Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with the events team to design and deliver engaging programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field, with a focus on older adult communities.
  • Current certifications in personal training or exercise science.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse populations and adapt programs to meet individual needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

Salary and Benefits:

$62,500 - $82,000 per annum, including a comprehensive benefits package.
