We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Papworth Everard. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities, providing one-on-one support to students and fostering their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational programs and activities.
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and offer feedback to teachers.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum requirements.
  • A minimum of six months' experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
  • Possession of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
  • Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting students' learning journeys.
