About the Job

This SEN Teacher role involves working with students who require additional support to achieve their academic potential. The ideal candidate will have experience of creating and delivering bespoke education plans, and will be able to assess student progress and make recommendations for future support.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Creating and delivering high-quality lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students
  • Assessing student progress and making recommendations for future support
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement whole-school policies and initiatives

As an SEN Teacher with Outcomes First Group, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd)
  • Experience of working with students with special educational needs
