Job Description:
This role requires a passionate and caring individual to provide full-time support to our SEMH learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services that meet the unique needs of each child.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology).
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a minimum of 12 weeks holiday per year.
