Job Title: Leisure Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Leisure Assistant to join our team at Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly check the water quality in the Jacuzzi and Pool to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Perform regular backwashes for the Jacuzzi and Pool to maintain their cleanliness and functionality.
  • Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the sauna, steam room, and ice room, including regular cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with telephone calls and booking spa days for our guests.
  • Conduct comprehensive gym inductions for new members, ensuring they are familiar with the equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure the gym is a well-maintained, clean, and safe environment and report any maintenance-related issues to management.
Requirements:
