As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our business.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Design and present innovative kitchen and bathroom solutions to customers, ensuring they meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
• Work closely with customers to understand their design preferences and provide expert advice on product selection and installation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including designers, sales teams, and operations teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven sales experience in a retail or design environment, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong design and product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to customer sites as required.
