**About us**

Glenisla Developments Ltd (GDL) are a housebuilder/developer operating in Alyth, Perthshire at our Pitcrocknie Village site, the site has a state of the art 60 bed dementia care home nearing completion and 75 homes completed of a 200+ home development. Phase 4 of 9 starting now

GDL have ambitious plans for Pitcrocknie Village and are looking for a passionate individual to help us achieve them. Our mission is to provide high quality and aspirational homes set in a secluded rural location.

Due to the continued success at Pitcrocknie, we are recruiting for a new homes Sales Advisor to join our development.

To be considered for this role, you will possess previous experience of working as a new homes Sales Advisor for a residential developer.

**The Role**

To be part of the team you must be outgoing, organised and a strong communicator.

As our Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing one to one professional on-site sales consultations with our clients helping them to find their dream home.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 35 hours per week, Thursday to Monday.

**Key duties and requirements**

Duties will also include but not be limited to;
Managing and coordinating all on-site sales and administration activities.

Maintaining an accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot and relaying this information to the customer.

Working with the Site Manager and Sales Manager to ensure the development’s quality and presentation standards are met as required.

To be successful as our Sales Advisor, you will be able to demonstrate experience of working onsite for a new homes’ developer within a targeted sales environment previously.

In order to be considered you will also;
Share passion and enthusiasm about providing a first-class customer experience.

Require attending the site show at weekends.

A full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
