We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Sales Manager in coordinating appointments, maintaining the CRM database, and analyzing sales data.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate appointments and diary for the Senior Sales Manager
- Maintain the CRM database, ensuring accurate and complete information
- Analyze sales data to provide insights for sales reporting
- Coordinate and progress the sales pipeline with internal and client teams
- Record and follow up on incoming enquiries and generated leads
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and estimating requests
- Work with the design and estimating teams to ensure quotes and designs are scheduled and on track
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Experience in customer sales and service in a client-focused business
- Strong relationship-building skills with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with CRM databases
- Ability to work independently and be organized, adaptable, and focused
- Driving license and own transport, as our offices are not on a train or bus route
- Permanent job opportunity with a 37.5-hour week
- Holiday entitlement of 21 days plus bank holidays
- Enrolment in the company pension and employee benefits scheme
- Salary of 24,000
- Option to progress into an Area Sales Manager role
