Job Description

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from set-up to handover and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help and deliver project estimates and valuations
  • Manage and ensure the team is complying with project specifications
  • Plan resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
  • Liaise with clients on KPI development and implementation
  • Proven Site Supervisor/Site Management and Construction experience
  • Willingness to travel to sites
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • SMSTS and CSCS qualifications

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
