Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager on a self-employed basis to oversee our operations in multiple locations for Oak Homes Cleaning and Domestic Services.

  1. Lead and manage a team of supervisors and staff across various sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals, driving business growth and profitability.
  3. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Deal with clients and staff, fostering strong relationships and open communication.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a multi-site management capacity, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  5. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  6. Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles, with the ability to manage resources effectively.
  7. Flexibility to travel between sites as required, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:
