We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager on a self-employed basis to oversee our operations in multiple locations for Oak Homes Cleaning and Domestic Services.
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and staff across various sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals, driving business growth and profitability.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Deal with clients and staff, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a multi-site management capacity, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles, with the ability to manage resources effectively.
- Flexibility to travel between sites as required, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

- A competitive hourly rate of £16.00 per hour.

Requirements:
