About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Reiss in Leicester. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our 'fulfil from store' delivery service during our busy Christmas and Sales periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in-store, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Pack stock carefully to send out to our customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our brand values and products to customers and colleagues alike
