As a Product Strategist with Hewett Recruitment, you will play a key role in maximising the value our products for both our customers and the business.

The Role:

You will represent product features and stories within the development team, advocating for the customer's voice throughout the delivery process. Collaborate with various business teams to drive customer advocacy and support product delivery.

  • Define and maintain a prioritised backlog of user stories, ensuring clear specifications for the development team.
  • Work closely with the development team to plan sprints, refine backlog items, and lead requirements gathering.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for the vision and voice of the customer across each product feature/story.
  • Develop detailed specifications and acceptance criteria for product features/stories.

Competitive Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including flexible/hybrid working options in Winchester/Worcestershire.

Requirements:
  • Certified Agile Product Owner
  • Strong experience in Agile, Scrum methodology, and practices as a Product Owner.
  • Familiarity with DevOps or JIRA.
