Class 2 Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team at the Macclesfield distribution hub. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for completing client and depot deliveries, taking out empty trailer units for loading, and loaded units for tipping. You will also be required to perform trailer swaps and drops, ensuring that any unit movements are completed before leaving the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a valid CPC Card
  • Hold a valid CAT C Licence
  • Hold a valid Digital Tacho-graph Card
  • No more than 6 points on your licence (NO IN10, CU10, MS10, TS10, TT99, DR10)
  • Held Class 2 licence for a minimum of 1 year
  • Speak good English
