Role Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCo) to join our thriving Primary school community in Brent. As a leader in special educational needs, you will manage the provision for students with SEND, develop strategies to support their academic, social, and emotional development, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and school policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a minimum of three years' teaching experience.
  • National Award for SEN Coordination or willingness to work towards it.
  • Proven track record of working with students with a range of special educational needs.

Compensation and Benefits: A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000, full-time permanent contract, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
