FatFace is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Responsible Sourcing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our supply chain meets our high standards for responsible sourcing.
Key Responsibilities- Raw Material Tracking: Develop and maintain raw material trackers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Responsible Sourcing Reporting: Create and deliver regular reports on responsible sourcing metrics, including monthly KPI reports and tracker reports.
- B Corp Data Management: Collect and provide data as required to support our B Corp certification.
- Critical Path Management: Understand and manage the critical path of our buying calendar to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Raw Material Standards: Develop and maintain knowledge of raw material standards and ensure compliance throughout the supply chain.
- Supplier Engagement: Work closely with suppliers to maintain raw material KPIs, chase certifications, and coordinate audits.
- Social and Environmental Review: Review social and environmental information from suppliers, including certificates, policies, and impact data.
- Ethical Trade Onboarding: Develop and implement an onboarding process for new suppliers to ensure compliance with ethical trade standards.
- Material Targets: Deliver other material targets through training suppliers, validating product claims, and creating monitoring systems.
- Sustainability Engagement: Engage product teams, crew, and customers on sustainable materials and processes through marketing and communication efforts.
- Corporate Reporting: Contribute to corporate reporting and sustainability updates on the company website.
- Strong Analytical Background: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical background.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple areas of work and meet deadlines.
- Systems Experience: Experience with systems such as Board and D365.
- Raw Material/Textile Experience: Advantageous to have experience in raw materials or textiles.
- Interest in Environmental Issues: Interest in environmental issues and awareness of new legislation and emerging issues.
- Documentation and Communication: Confident in documenting processes and disseminating information.
- Experience in Textiles and Supply Chain: Experience across textiles, supply chain, and operational areas, particularly around standards, fabric certifications, audit processes, and corrective action planning.
- Passion for Sustainability: True passion for responsible product and sustainability.
