KiddyKare is seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our well-established nursery in a vibrant London borough.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require the successful candidate to ensure the safety and well-being of children, adhering to safeguarding protocols and reporting concerns promptly.
  • The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with children, their families, and colleagues, fostering a supportive team environment.
  • They will effectively deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, tailoring it to meet individual children's needs and interests.
  • Ongoing professional development and commitment to continuous learning are essential for this role.
Person Specification:
  • A Level 2 qualification or above in Early Years Education is mandatory.
  • The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.
  • Experience as a key worker for a group of children and their families is highly desirable.
  • The ability to observe, assess, and report on children's behaviour is crucial for this position.
  • Empathy and understanding of young children's needs and requirements are essential qualities for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective collaboration with children and parents.

Salary: £27,000 - Competitive
