Are you a retail enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Do you have a passion for creating visually appealing store displays?

eXPD8 is seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that store displays are set up effectively, products are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

About the Role:

This role will involve working across various categories, including ad-hoc tasks. You will be required to work on Saturdays for 5 hours, with additional ad-hoc work as agreed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: You will be responsible for adhering to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety procedures.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for clients
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car (bonus)
