Residential Valuation Surveyor Opportunity

TML Recruitment is partnering with a leading residential chartered surveying practice to find a skilled Senior Residential Surveyor to join their team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced MRICS or AssocRICS chartered surveyor to join a growing firm with a clear opportunity for career progression and shareholding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed property valuations for mortgage lending and loan security purposes.
  • Specialise in valuing residential properties and HMOs, with the opportunity to be involved in commercial valuations.
  • Lead and manage valuation assignments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • MRICS qualified with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in property valuation.
  • Extensive knowledge of the London property market and relevant industry regulations.
  • Strong experience in valuing residential properties and HMOs, with commercial properties preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office suite.
