Senior Associate Building Surveyor

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Building Surveyor to join their team in Bromley. As a key member of the residential team, you will be responsible for supporting the increased workload on high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake building surveying and project management duties, including contract administration, project-based works, and technical due diligence.
  • Liaise with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified or close.
  • Degree or relevant qualification in building surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
