Estates Technician

As an Estates Technician, you will contribute to the maintenance and security of college assets, ensuring the safety and security of the campus and its occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertake routine maintenance, cleaning, and security duties to ensure the college campus is safe and secure.
* Contribute to the safety and security of the campus at times when college management are off the premises.
* Provide first responder services, including first aid response, security patrols/inspections, and incident response.
* Ensure routine works schedules, tasks, and reports are completed.

Requirements:

* Relevant experience in a caretaking and/or maintenance role.
* Operational experience of working with intruder and fire detection and alarm systems.
* Ability to undertake basic property maintenance and emergency repairs.
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate and communicate in a professional way with staff and students.
