Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to college assets, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Contribute to the safety and security of the campus by conducting security patrols, responding to incidents, and providing first aid when necessary.
- Undertake cleaning and security duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and security across the campus.
- Ensure that routine works schedules, tasks, and reports are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Relevant experience in a caretaking and/or maintenance role.
- Operational experience of working with intruder and fire detection and alarm systems.
- Ability to undertake basic property maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate and communicate in a professional way with staff and students.
- Possession of or willingness to undertake relevant training, including health and safety, first aid, and mental health first aid.
