About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Test Technician to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the overhaul and testing of rail HVAC systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overhaul and test rail HVAC systems, including the removal and replacement of refrigeration components and electrical protection and control components.
  • Support production staff in fault-finding and troubleshooting of failing overhauled units.
  • Conduct performance testing following overhaul to ensure systems meet specifications.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
  • Process auditing to ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations.
  • Collate trend data to propose improvements to production processes.
About You
