Estimator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Commercial Landscaping Team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the company's ongoing success by creating and submitting Commercial Landscaping Tenders.

The Role:

You will report to the Senior Estimator and be responsible for managing projects from tender stage to handover. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Distributing subcontract bid packages and obtaining prices for all tender elements.
  • Identifying areas of risk or concern within schemes and presenting them to the Senior Estimator.
  • Attending Pre and Post Contract meetings with clients as required.
  • Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with a background in Landscaping, Construction, or Groundworks. Your ideal skills and experience include:

  • CAD and/or Bluebeam experience (training can be provided).
  • Experience in preparing and submitting Commercial Landscaping, Groundwork, or General Construction tenders.
  • Understanding of Contracts and Project risk management.
  • Good general IT skills, including MS Office.
  • A full driving licence.
