About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Commercial Landscaping Team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the organisation's ongoing success, contributing to the creation of award-winning landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and submitting Commercial Landscaping, Groundwork, or General Construction tenders. You will also have a strong understanding of Contracts and Project risk management, as well as good general IT skills including MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribute subcontract bid packages as required and obtain prices for all elements of the tender.
  • Identify areas of risk or concern within the scheme and present them to the Senior Estimator.
  • Attend Pre and Post Contract meetings with clients as required.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
  • CAD and/or Bluebeam experience is ideal, but training can be given.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting Commercial Landscaping, Groundwork, or General Construction tenders.
  • Understanding of Contracts and Project risk management.
  • Good general IT skills including MS Office.
  • Hold a full driving licence.
