Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Church Office to ensure a productive and efficient working environment.
- Oversee the maintenance of church databases and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with data protection legislation.
- Work closely with the Ministry Team to manage the church program and calendar.
- Prepare resources for weekly services, major church festivals, and other events.
- Provide support to volunteers in administration and operations.
- Support the Vicar in ensuring timely and effective internal and external communications.
- Manage the church website and social media presence.
- Respond to enquiries and requests from the Diocese, local community, and external organizations.
