Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and fully supported.

You will provide employee relations support to managers across our business, offering consistent and supportive advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting our HR team and ensuring that our workplace remains a positive and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide managers on HR-related questions and queries
  • Contribute to employee relations processes, including attendance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
  • Provide guidance on recruitment, performance, and employee development
  • Support the payroll process and provide practical support where required
  • Coordinate occupational health and associated absence management
  • Produce HR-related data, including KPI reporting
  • Visit farm locations to provide face-to-face HR support and guidance
  • Be involved in employee engagement activities, including mental health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, adhering to GDPR and Ethical Trading Requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is essential
  • CIPD level 5 would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to deliver quality and accuracy with great attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with minimal supervision required
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly
  • UK driving license
