As a Personal Travel Expert at Kuoni, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. With a passion for travel and a desire to make a difference, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and then design and book tailored holidays that exceed their expectations.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of luxury holiday destinations and products, and to develop your expertise in different areas of the travel industry. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.


As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our store managers and colleagues to achieve these goals, and will be recognized and rewarded for your achievements.


With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work with our specialist brands and third-party suppliers to create unforgettable travel experiences for our customers. You will also be responsible for managing your own time and prioritizing your tasks to meet the demands of this fast-paced and dynamic role.
