About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Copper Beech Care Home in Uckfield. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
