At Dr. Sam's Skincare, we're seeking a seasoned digital design expert to spearhead our creative output and elevate our brand presence. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading digital design efforts across various channels, including website, email campaigns, and social media.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong conceptual outlook, with the ability to produce original ideas and creatively solve problems under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly video editing software, is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure cohesive digital content strategy
  • Create engaging graphics and videos for paid social media channels
  • Optimize paid social ads to meet platform specifications and best practices
  • Develop high-level designs to enhance user experience and drive traffic
  • Work with the ECommerce team to create visually appealing digital assets for our direct-to-consumer website
  • Edit content to deliver engaging outputs per channel

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a digital designer
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly video editing software
  • Strong command of visual storytelling and narrative structure
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
