Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Floortender, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our patrons, from greeting and welcoming them to serving drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and organized seating area.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
  • Serve drinks and food to customers, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
  • Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.
