Job Title: QSHE & Energy Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled QSHE & Energy Business Partner to join our team at AWD online. As a QSHE & Energy Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, supporting, and advising the business on all aspects of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Energy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance: Provide guidance, assistance, and personal support to personnel on QA-related topics, coordinate the preparation and implementation of the QSHE Integrated Management System, and support operations with the preparation of documents and records.
  • SHE Business Partnering: Offer guidance, assistance, and support to employees on SHE-related topics, prepare and implement QSHE Integrated Management System support documents and records, and cooperate and advise in the monitoring and implementation of QSHE Contract Management plans.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial/scaffolding environment.
  • Must hold a valid NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, or higher.
  • Must be a professional member of IOSH.
  • Internal Auditor Certificate is desirable.
  • Able to effectively business partner and act as a trusted expert advisor to senior operational stakeholders.
  • Good analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal/influencing skills.
  • Able to plan, control, and balance competing priorities.
  • Good time manager and able to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Good computer literacy and writing skills for reports.
  • Good range of practical communication skills.
  • Experience in delivering risk management, inspection, audit, investigation, and training.
  • Experience of working at height.
What We Offer:
  • Negotiable salary (dependent on experience) + benefits.
  • 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus 8 days bank holiday and pension.
