We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen brigade at a prestigious pub and restaurant in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our discerning customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh, seasonal local produce.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all dishes are presented to a high standard.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a gastro pub kitchen, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team, with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Highly motivated and focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.
- Steady career history, with a commitment to ongoing development and career progression.
