We're seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at The Highwayman, a family of 79 pubs dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in driving food culture, engaging customers, and supporting the growth of our Head Chef.
About the Role:
- Previous experience in catering and hospitality is essential, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving food culture, and keeping your team and customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
