About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at 383 | B Corp™. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-value digital projects that meet our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and deliver complex digital projects, ensuring they meet financial and strategic objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client goals.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, developers, strategists) to deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and issues in real-time and manage them proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support other project managers, sharing your knowledge and best practices.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Background: A strong track record in web/mobile development, design, or UX research.
  • Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies and the flexibility to apply them appropriately across different projects.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify digital jargon for clarity and alignment.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and other project management software (SmartSheet, Synergist).
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving them towards successful project outcomes.
  • Commercial Acumen: A commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, resource planning, and revenue forecasting.
