Support Worker in Kent

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Kent Autistic Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, ensuring their independence and inclusion within their communities.
Our supported living services have successfully operated with early and late shifts, ensuring an effective work-life balance for staff. We are now rolling out this shift pattern to our residential services to ensure improved working conditions for all.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism, promoting their independence and inclusion within their communities.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the needs and preferences of each individual are met.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with autism.
