Are you passionate about supporting children's education and well-being? Flourish Education Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team in a Good 'rated' Primary School in Kings Norton.

About the Role

This long-term, full-time position starting from January will involve working closely with the Class Teacher to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualized support to children with SEND needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Class Teacher in lesson planning and delivery.
  • Provide tailored support to children with SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or challenging behaviour.
  • Develop and lead small group interventions and 1-1 sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and celebrate student progress.
Requirements and Benefits
  • Previous experience in a UK Primary School setting.
  • Experience supporting children with SEND needs.
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children succeed.
  • Competitive daily rate of £85.02 to £98.41, which equates to £16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
