About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Belong Crewe, working night shifts to provide exceptional care to our residents.

As a Care Assistant, you will work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain high standards of care and service, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal and practical care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility.
  • Work closely with residents and their families to deliver tailored care and support.
  • Assist with mealtimes, safe moving, and maintaining accurate records for each resident.
  • Be alert to residents' needs, health, and wellbeing, and report any concerns to senior staff.
  • Respect residents' dignity and privacy at all times.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect.
  • Previous experience working in an elderly care setting.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Dependable, able to work well under pressure, and flexible to meet the needs of the Home.
  • A minimum of a NVQ level 2 in health & social care or the Care Certificate.
