Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Help clients with their medication and provide support with daily living activities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients

Requirements

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work flexibly and be part of a close-knit team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
