Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to manage and lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure regulatory compliance and person-centered care delivery. This is a senior position that requires exceptional leadership abilities, clinical knowledge, and regulatory compliance expertise.

The successful candidate will have NMC registration, leadership experience, and advanced knowledge in areas such as PEG feeding, oxygen saturation management, and medication management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and leading a team
  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and person-centered care delivery

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, generous annual leave, a company pension scheme, uniform, and free parking. The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 based on the national average for similar roles.
