Lead Adult Support Service Role

Hft Cheshire and Merseyside is seeking a highly experienced and motivated leader to take on the role of Lead Adult Support Service. As a Lead, you will be responsible for leading shifts, motivating colleagues, and coaching a team to deliver high-quality care and support services.

About the Role

Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum

In this role, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain meaningful relationships and support service users to develop their skills and interests. You will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met and promoting good practice, health, safety, and wellbeing of people we support.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support service users
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to improve their skills and performance
  • Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Proven experience of working in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of legislation and guidance relating to adults with learning disabilities
  • Level 2 diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent qualification
