Job Title: Commercial Marketing Officer

Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc is a pioneering company in the field of medical imaging, with a rich history of innovation and a commitment to enhancing patient care. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Marketing Officer to join our team and contribute to the success of our neuroscience imaging portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for the launch of our neuroscience imaging agents, with a focus on Alzheimer's disease.
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for our diagnostic imaging agents, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance targets.
  • Implement metrics to assess and measure brand strategy and tactical execution effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the Alzheimer's diagnostics landscape.
  • Analyze customer and market insights to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure investment spend aligns to strategic objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of Marketing Directors, fostering professional development and career progression.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing within the diagnostic imaging or healthcare sector, with a strong focus on Alzheimer's or neurodegenerative diseases.
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience.
  • Neuroscience marketing experience required.
  • Strong business analytic ability to analyze data and develop business plans.
