About the Role

PACE Recruitment is seeking a skilled Estimator with Contractual Expertise to join their commercial team. As a key member, you will oversee main contracting projects, manage budgets and costs, collaborate with project teams, and advise on contractual claims and disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee multiple main contracting projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  2. Manage budgets, costs, and financial reporting, providing accurate data to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
  4. Prepare and review contracts, variations, and valuations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  5. Advise on contractual claims and disputes, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong IT and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working on public, commercial, and social housing projects, with a deep understanding of industry regulations and best practices.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £72,500 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
