Job Opportunity: We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Technical Coordinator to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. This role is based in London and the South East, working for a successful independent residential construction company.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Residential Sector as a Main Contractor or Developer. The job involves managing and providing guidance and support to new build schemes, leading and managing a team, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

A competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with a good benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and guiding new build schemes
  • Leading and managing a team
  • Degree Qualified / HNC / ONC
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, and PowerPoint
  • Design and engineering construction knowledge
  • Technical and building construction knowledge
  • Building Regulations knowledge
  • A good understanding of NHBC legislation
  • Strong Health & Safety and CDM Regulations skills
  • Good Planning legislation knowledge
Personal Requirements:
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business
  • Knowledge and experience in refurb and new build projects
  • Good problem-solving skills with minimal instruction
  • Smart, presentable, and happy to deal directly with customers
  • Punctual, reliable, and good practical skills
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Up-to-date CSCS and SMSTS certificate
