Sales Administrator Opportunity

Vantage Toyota is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team in Toyota, Morecambe. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with sales-related tasks, such as preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.


This is a full-time role, and you will be expected to work 37.5 hours between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,558.70 per annum, including OTE Bonus, plus excellent benefits.
