We are seeking a skilled musician to join our team as a Singing for the Brain Facilitator. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of people living with dementia.

Singing for the Brain is a unique and rewarding experience that allows individuals to socialise and engage with others while enjoying their love of music. You will be working closely with our dedicated team to deliver high-quality sessions that bring joy and companionship to those attending.

As a Singing for the Brain Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading sessions, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that all participants feel comfortable and included.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Singing for the Brain sessions
  • Create a supportive and inclusive environment for participants
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new ideas and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience working with people with dementia or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: 20 hours per week

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
