Creative EYFS Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at a modern, vibrant Primary School in Ealing. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of the class and ensuring pupils are motivated and engaged during task time.

About the Role:

  • Provide support to pupils in EYFS, promoting a love of learning and creativity.
  • Carry out Phonics, Spelling, Reading & Writing Sessions, using play-based learning to engage children.
  • Support mild Special Educational Needs, working collaboratively with the teaching team.
  • Use your creativity and imagination to develop fun and exciting activities, enhancing the learning experience.

About You:

  • Previous experience working with children, with a passion for Early Childhood development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creative and confident, with a willingness to innovate and try new approaches.
