Supporting EYFS Children in a Good School

Ribbons & Reeves are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team in a Good school in Havering. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Class Teacher and providing a high-quality educational experience for pupils aged 3-7 years old.

The Role:
  • Foster a learning environment that promotes pupil excellence and supports the school's ethos.
  • Assist the Class Teacher in planning and implementing learning activities that cater to diverse needs.
  • Supervise and lead small groups of children, promoting social and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with pupils who require additional support, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development of a creative and inclusive curriculum that values learning and promotes pupil engagement.
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology or Education from a reputable UK University.
  • Previous experience working with EYFS children is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit a confident and bubbly personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Aspiring EYFS/Primary Teachers are encouraged to apply.
