Job Description

This Graduate Teaching Assistant role involves working in a SEMH school setting, supporting students with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a passion for working with students who require additional support. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a positive learning environment, promoting student growth, and empowering them to overcome challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Enthusiasm, dedication, and motivation to work with SEND/SEMH students
  • A strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
  • Ability to adapt to new learning environments and build strong relationships with staff and students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid Child and Adult Workforce DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
