About the role of a Teaching Assistant:

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to support our students across Reception, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 who require additional academic and social support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to SEN students or small groups with tailored learning interventions.
  • Work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is required.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification is desirable.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check is essential.
